Privacy policy
This privacy policy (PP) is a document that regulates the procedure for obtaining, processing, storing and using information about users of the NoWorries resource. By accepting the privacy policy, you confirm that you agree to the terms of use of the service and the ways in which your data is processed.
1. General conditions
1.1. Working with the NoWorries service means uncompromising agreement with all the points set forth in the PP. If you do not agree with the provisions of the document, please refrain from using this resource.
1.2. The Administration has the right to adjust the PP in its entirety or to make changes to any part of the document. In this case, the Administration may notify the visitors of the resource, but is not obliged to pay compensation or in any way justify itself to them. The new version of the Privacy Policy is considered to be adopted immediately after its publication on the relevant section of the website.
1.3. By accepting the above conditions, the user agrees to the receipt and processing of his personal data, as well as to the fact that the Administration may provide this information to third parties in special cases set forth below (clause 4.2).
1.4. As a general rule, the Administration does not verify the accuracy and relevance of the data provided by users.
1.5. This PP regulates the conditions for obtaining, processing and using the user’s personal data (PD) — information that the user enters in the process of using the resource.
The following information is considered personal information:

The issue of transferring or refusing to transfer other PD is regulated by the user independently. It is prohibited to transfer PD of third parties without permission. The exception is obtaining such PD from open sources.
1.6. The Administration guarantees the confidentiality of the PD received automatically by the software: IP address, personal network number, web browser information, cookies, operating system information and access time.
2. Cookie-policy
2.1. If you have agreed in the «accept cookies» option in your web browser, you agree that the Administration may collect and process data from cookies for the purposes specified in the Policy. Also, data from cookies may be transferred to third parties in unique cases specified below (clause 4.2).
2.2. If you disable or block the «accept cookies» option in your web browser settings, the Administration considers this action as a ban on the collection and processing of information from cookies.
3. Purpose of data acquisition and processing
3.1. The administration collects and processes PD to fulfill the conditions for the correct operation of the resource: answering questions, fulfilling obligations.
3.2. It is permissible to use PD to identify the parties within the framework of agreements. The Administration also needs them to provide services for the use of the resource, fulfill obligations to the user, process orders and requests, improve the resource, develop new services, solve marketing problems and collect statistics.
3.3 The Administration has the right to send newsletters to the e-mail address specified during the use of the resource.
3.4 If there is a need to use PD for other purposes, the Administration will send a request for additional permission.
4. Terms of information transfer to third parties
4.1 The Administration keeps PD confidentially.
4.2. The provision of personal data to third parties is permissible only in the following cases: the user has agreed to this, there is a clear connection between the transfer of information and the functioning of the site, there is a need for such transfer in accordance with the norms of domestic legislation.
