Dogecoin developer hides so well that even Google can’t find him

Dogecoin was founded in 2013 by two programmers, Біллі Маркус" href="https://noworries.media/biography/billi-markus/" data-bio-id="3704">Billy Marcusand Jackson Palmer. According to the legend, Marcus wrote the DOGE code sitting at home in his underwear, and it took him only a few hours.

Today, Marcus is active on Twitter under the pseudonym Shibetoshi Nakamoto (@BillyM2k), where he publishes not only posts related to Dogecoin or cryptocurrencies in general, but also many other topics. He is friends with the most avid DOGE fan, Elon Musk, although, according to the latter, they have never met in person and communicate only on Twitter.

At the same time, if you get too curious to see what Billy Marcus looks like and decide to Google his photo, the results of the Internet search will show you Palmer’s photo. This fact was confirmed by Marcus himself in one of his tweets, when the Dogecoin graphic designer known as «DogeDesigner» (@cb_doge) wrote that he was «walking with @BillyM2k and @dogeofficialceo on the streets of San Francisco», attaching a popular photo of Jackson Palmer. Marcus intervened in the discussion and confirmed: «that's definitely the photo you’ll find if you google my name.»

In fact, Billy Marcus’s photo can be easily found on Google, but the media often confuse the two co-founders and often publish Jackson Palmer’s photo when it comes to Marcus. Marcus is not hiding, but unlike Palmer, he does not give interviews to the media.
