Cryptocurrency developer Cardano starts a war with internet trolls who allow Vasil hard fork to fail
Charles Hoskinson, the CEO of the Cardano Input Output blockchain platform, has lashed out on social media at a hater who criticized the upcoming Vasil hard fork. An anonymous user of the YouTube video hosting service under the nickname «Geardownflapsup» left a gloating comment under Hoskinson’s recent video, claiming that the hardfork update has «numerous bugs.» The skeptic is convinced that the update will not actually change anything in Cardano and will «be a complete failure.» The user accuses Hoskinson of lying and blasphemy. The anonymous person also suggested that the US Securities and Exchange Commission would sue Cardano. In addition, the hater jokingly called the upcoming update of the hard fork «Vasiline». In response, Hoskinson sarcastically wrote on Twitter: «Sometimes the delusions of [хейтерів — ред.] are so strong that they create a parallel universe where Vasil is Vaseline.»
Charles Hoskinson is known for calling out his haters on social media — whether they are ordinary trolls or influential figures in the cryptocurrency industry. Some members of the community believe that Hoskinson should not communicate with random people who are obviously trying to piss him off. The crypto community believes that Hoskinson’s strong reaction further intensifies the unfounded criticism against him.
We would like to remind you that Cardano was recently named the best cryptocurrency project in terms of «technology development.» Experts believe that Cardano managed to take the first place thanks to the support of users and the upcoming update of the Vasil hard fork. The transition of Cardano to Vasil has already been called one of the most significant events of the year in the industry. The update will take place on September 22, and the fork will significantly improve the functioning of the entire Cardano network along with optimizing smart contracts and DApps.
