Employees of the Coinbase crypto exchange demand the resignation of the management

In a series of tweets, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong commented on a petition on the Mirror. xyz project calling for the resignation of three top managers of the company.

«In our corporate culture, it is customary to praise in public and criticize in private, not the other way around. Unhappy employees who don’t like working for us should leave the company,» Armstrong said in an attempt to protect his colleagues.

Earlier, in a petition (now deleted), disgruntled employees demanded the resignation of a number of company directors. The statement emphasized that they were not only unable to cope with their job responsibilities, but also sowed apathy and a toxic approach to communication. The failed launch of Coinbase NFT was also mentioned among the problems of the management.
