Dogecoin co-founder accuses Elon Musk of creating his own Internet army

4:33 pm, September 11, 2022

In a recent interview with Business Insider, Dogecoin co-founder Jackson Palmer said that it is not worth talking about Tesla CEO Elon Musk in public. According to Palmer, this only affects the growth of Musk’s popularity and helps him create his army of Internet trolls.

Palmer accused the multimillionaire of exploiting cryptocurrency communities to strengthen his own personality cult. At the end of May, Musk got into a fierce argument with Palmer on Twitter after the latter questioned the tech mogul’s programming skills. In response, Musk began trolling Palmer, claiming that his critic had not actually written a single line of Dogecoin code.

Palmer was further attacked by Musk’s fans, who began to aggressively defend their favorite. As a result, the Dogecoin co-founder called his quarrel with the scandalous businessman «an incident that helped him think soberly.»

Palmer left the Dogecoin project in 2015, but, in his own words, the meme follows him around «like an unpleasant odor.»
