The hackers attacked MicroStrategy’s account on platform X and advertised a fraudulent distribution of the allegedly official MSTR token.

As ZachXBT researcher found out, the victims have already lost $ 440,000. In an attempt to get free tokens, users connected their wallets, which were subsequently emptied by hackers.

In a now-deleted post, the fraudsters announced the release of an Ethereum-based token called MSTR on behalf of MicroStrategy. The hackers promised low gas tariffs and support for the token with MicroStrategy’s bitcoin reserves.
