APE token becomes the third most popular asset among the top 100 crypto wallets

ApeCoin has surpassed Tether (USDT) and Loopring (LRC) to become the third most purchased cryptocurrency after Ethereum (ETH) and USDC among the top 100 wallet addresses on Ethereum.

APE is a native asset of the ApeCoin ecosystem. APE’s daily trading volume averaged $ 2.07 billion in May, boosted by the launch of the Otherside meta-universe. This is a signal of stable investor interest in cryptocurrencies.

According to a study by Be[In]Crypto, APE was the third most bought digital asset with an average purchase price of $ 157 609 and an average quantity of 12 721 APE.

APE thrives on an ecosystem built around Yuga Labs' Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection. At the time of publication, BAYC is the third-largest digital collectible in terms of sales.
