Twitter summons Binance to court over Elon Musk’s case
Twitter’s lawyers subpoenaed Binance representatives in the case of billionaire Elon Musk’s purchase of the social network. The company is demanding information about Musk’s personal correspondence with them regarding the purchase of the social network.
on August 2, Twitter’s lawyers sent numerous subpoenas to the entrepreneur’s consultants and creditors. The day before, Musk’s partners and bankers with whom he cooperates received similar subpoenas. Twitter is interested in information about the deal to buy the social network for $ 44 billion. By the way, the deal fell through.

Twitter representatives demand that Elon Musk’s partners hand over documents and messages related to the case.
