Cryptocurrency service for buying and selling real estate for tokens launched in the US

This week, MyEListing.com, a service for buying and selling real estate for cryptocurrency, was launched in the United States. Representatives of the platform said that such transactions can now be closed within one business day.

The trading platform is open to users from all over the world and is integrated with Coinbase Commerce, which allows sellers to accept payments in digital currencies. The platform will promote innovation in both cryptocurrency and real estate, said Caleb Richter, CEO of MyEListing.com.

«The entire real estate system has to change. It is quite difficult to buy real estate, especially in another state or country. With our program, anyone, regardless of what language they speak or what country they are in, can buy real estate in the US for cryptocurrency within one business day,» Richter said.

Currently, the platform’s services are limited to real estate in Texas. Agents, brokers, and sellers in Texas can present their properties to a global audience by posting their listings on the site. Representatives of MyEListing.com promised that in June this year, the program will be launched in other US states.

Earlier, the cryptocurrency lending platform Moon Mortgage announced the launch of a mortgage lending service secured by digital assets. The team reported that the service will be offered to all holders of liquid cryptocurrencies who will be able to use the borrowed funds to finance the purchase of real estate.
