Network analyst and CryptoQuant CEO Ki Eun-Joo noted that one of the early investors in bitcoin managed to make a huge profit. Over the past 13 years, the crypto enthusiast’s assets have grown by a staggering 50 million times.

It is noted that in 2009, the user was credited with 150 coins as a reward for the mined BTC block. At that time, the investor’s assets were estimated at $ 0.13 in monetary terms.

It is noteworthy that despite the market turbulence of the last decade, the user has consistently kept BTC on his balance sheet. However, the owner of the coins decided to sell his assets when the value of bitcoin was $ 43,500.

Representatives of The Crypto Basic conducted their own investigation and confirmed this information. They emphasized that the retail investor received 150 BTC in November 2009 to three different wallets. These addresses remained inactive until April 2022. The investor’s total profit amounted to more than $ 6.5 million with an initial balance of $ 0.13.

Analysts noted that the phenomenon once again emphasizes that the cryptocurrency industry has great prospects in terms of generating investment income. For example, it has recently been reported that one user invested $ 8,000 in the purchase of Shiba Inu, and his total profit exceeded $ 5 billion.
