Cryptocurrency owners in the US and Canada will be able to buy airline tickets with tokens
Holders of the SHIB cryptocurrency and 20 other tokens will be able to pay with tokens for airline tickets. Cryptocurrency payment operator FCF Pay has announced on Twitter a partnership agreement with two major air carriers, American Air and Air Canada. FCF Pay debit cardholders will now be able to use more than 20 stablecoins and Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens to book flights and pay for various services.

In October, SHIB cryptocurrency holders had the opportunity to use their tokens to pay for streaming services with a Netflix subscription, as well as for purchases on Amazon. Thanks to the FCF Pay payment system, citizens of the United States and Canada will be able to pay with cryptocurrency via ApplePay and Google Pay, while their digital assets will be converted into local currencies.
In late September, cryptocurrency exchange Binance and Ukrainian online air, rail and bus ticket operator Tickets.ua announced the possibility of buying airline tickets with cryptocurrency, so that anyone can now pay for plane tickets using their cryptocurrency wallet and Binance Pay payment service. Due to the hostilities, Ukraine does not currently operate air travel, but thanks to the online operator, Ukrainians can buy airline tickets from any country in the world.
