The founder of the cryptocurrency platform Three Arrows Capital got in touch and reported harassment
The co-founder of the Three Arrows Capital (3AC) platform took to Twitter to report harassment by the liquidators. «Unfortunately, our good faith in cooperating with the liquidators is accompanied by harassment from them,» Zhu Su wrote in his post.
Yesterday, the liquidators in the Three Arrows Capital bankruptcy case (court-appointed persons who handle the company’s affairs in liquidation) reported that they had been unable to contact the company’s founders «in any way possible.» This has led to speculation that Zhu Su and Kyle Davis are currently in hiding.
In their statement, the liquidators also emphasized that due to the refusal of 3AC representatives to cooperate, all of the company’s assets may be transferred to other parties. In this case, neither creditors nor any other parties interested in receiving funds will receive anything. It is not yet known how this story will continue and whether it will be possible to resolve everything «peacefully.»
