The founder of the bankrupt cryptocurrency platform 3AC has filed a lawsuit against his own company
The co-founder of the bankrupt cryptocurrency platform Three Arrows Capital, Zhu Su, has filed a lawsuit against his own company to recover $ 5 million. According to the Twitter user Soldman Hax (who is one of 3AC's creditors), Zhu Su is included in the list of Three Arrows Capital’s creditors and is «waiting» for his money to be returned.
«I just saw the list of 3AC's creditors and noticed that @zhusu has filed a lawsuit for $ 5 million. While on the run, he somehow found the time to diligently fill out the forms and file a lawsuit against his own company,» said Soldman Hax.
I've just seen the list of creditors to #3AC and noticed that @zhusu has filed a claim for $ 5 million. While being on the run, he has somehow found the time to diligently and ruthlessly fill out forms to pursue a claim against his own Fund. https://t.co/YFfWmYZOoM

Interestingly, Zhu Su recently took to Twitter to claim harassment from the liquidators: «Unfortunately, our good faith in cooperating with the liquidators is accompanied by harassment from them.» As a reminder, the whereabouts of the founders of the Three Arrows Capital (3AC) platform remain unknown. And the liquidators have been authorized to summon representatives of banks and crypto exchanges that cooperated with the cryptocurrency hedge fund to court hearings.
