The missing Do Kwon commented on the Binance and FTX deal
The odious founder of Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, and an equally odious American entrepreneur, co-founder of the hedge fund MSMB Capital Management, Martin Shkreli, will discuss the deal between Binance CEO Чанпен Чжао" href="https://noworries.media/biography/chanpen-chzhao/" data-bio-id="3681">Changpeng Zhao and FTX CEO Sam Сем Бенкман-Фрід" href="https://noworries.media/biography/sem-benkman-frid/" data-bio-id="3697">Bankman-Friedto buy FTX on November 8.
Shkreli expressed doubts that the Binance-FTX deal will succeed. «I think FTX's balance sheet deficit is much bigger than the public believes,» the entrepreneur said. Kwon, whose company Terra Labs collapsed and caused many problems for investors, expressed greater confidence in the cooperation between Changpeng Zhao and Sam Bankman-Fried. However, the creator of LUNA would not rush to invest in FTX himself, as he «does not consider himself an investor.»
Speaking about the «role of his persona» in Terra-Luna's success in the context of his Twitter statements, Kwon said: «I don’t think what happened with USTC would have been any different if I had behaved differently on Twitter. In fact, the way I am in real life and the way I behave on Twitter have nothing to do with each other. […] There is value in the ability to entertain and be funny.»
On November 4, it became known that Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon manipulated the price of the LUNA cryptocurrency, according to the South Korean prosecutor’s office. Kwon’s proxies, of course, deny everything, and media outlets report that the head of Terraform Labs is currently living «somewhere in Europe.» Also, the cryptocurrency developer LUNA is being sued for $ 57 million — 359 investors accuse Kwon and his colleagues of deliberately deceiving investors. However, in order to return the funds to investors and punish Do Kwon and his partners, the founder of Terraform Labs must first be found, which is the responsibility of Interpol and another 4,400 former Terraform Labs investors.
