Insider talks about possible manipulations with cryptocurrency involving a well-known blogger

An anonymous informant FatMan tweeted about possible manipulations with the DOCK cryptocurrency involving BitBoy Crypto, a well-known blogger in the crypto world.

According to FatMan’s tweet, his friend has been hoarding DOCK by buying billboards and ordering a video about the token from BitBoy Crypto. «I thought it would be interesting to share a story from last year when I watched a friend of mine stack DOCK on Binance by buying billboards and videos from BitBoy Crypto. Nothing we’re not familiar with yet, but it was interesting to watch it happen in real time,» FatMan wrote.

According to the insider’s tweets, his friend (whose name was not disclosed) was not part of the DOCK team, but chose this coin because of its lower trading volume: «DOCK was easier to pump without having to adjust to the 'crazy' trading volume.»

An unnamed friend bought an ad from BitBoy for $ 30,000, and in his video, the blogger said that it was an ad integration only at the end, so most viewers did not notice the fact that it was an ad integration and therefore perceived the ad as a full and unbiased analysis. After the video was published, investors began to actively invest in the new cryptocurrency, which increased the value of DOCK.

According to FatMan, his friend’s ability to memorize DOCK proved that crypto investors should not trust influencers and any influential personalities, as «they can just make money off of you.» FatMan also emphasized that a person who owns billions of dollars can also buy more popular and therefore more stable cryptocurrencies — most users noticed a hint of Dogecoin king Elon Musk in these words, who has repeatedly expressed his support for DOGE, and recently one of his companies announced the start of accepting payments in this cryptocurrency.

At the time of publication of the news, BitBoy Crypto and DOCK representatives did not provide official comments on FatMan’s tweets. The DOCK cryptocurrency reached its all-time high in May 2018, but its value has now dropped by 92.4% (currently, DOCK is trading at $ 0.018).
