Solana plunged by 30% in three months

Nevertheless, large market players continue to increase their positions. According to Blockworks, twenty digital asset funds and two exchange-traded funds have purchased millions of tokens even during the downturn. This indicates confidence that the current decline is temporary and can become a profitable entry point for long-term investments.

Analysts note that although some large token holders (whales) are selling assets at a loss, such a capitulation may be premature. In the long run, the stable presence of institutions and the development of the Solana ecosystem remain the key factors supporting the price.

Thus, the drop in value in the last quarter is not necessarily a signal to exit the asset. Despite the 30 percent drop, institutional demand indicates that confidence in Solana among large investors remains high.
