Cryptocurrency analysts predict a 70% drop in bitcoin

According to him, the stabilization of the Realized Cap indicator indicates the lack of fresh money in the market. «When capitalization is declining and Realized Cap is not growing, it is no longer a bull market,» he emphasized. The analyst recalled that it was investments through ETFs and MicroStrategy purchases that kept bitcoin near the $ 100,000 mark, but this factor no longer works.

Ki Young Ju believes that a large-scale capitulation such as a -70% drop is possible only if MicroStrategy turns from a large buyer to a seller. At the same time, he does not predict a straightforward collapse, expecting a long sideways movement with high volatility and no clear trend without new capital injections.

The situation is further complicated by the lack of liquidity in the stablecoin sector. Darkfost analyst noted that the total capitalization of stablecoins began to decline in December and since then the market has lost more than $ 13 billion, of which $ 3.1 billion was accounted for by Binance. This indicates an outflow of funds and risk avoidance by investors.

Thus, the current decline in bitcoin is attributed not only to technical factors but also to structural changes in the market: the lack of new buyers, reduced liquidity, and cautiousness of large investors, which may determine the dynamics of cryptocurrencies in the coming months.
