The first reality show in the meta-universe will be filmed in the USA

Metaverse is becoming more and more popular every day. And while a fashion week in virtual reality was a novelty recently, today it became known that work has begun on the first reality show filmed entirely in a metaverse.

Almost every major global brand that sells something in the physical environment today has already started experimenting with moving their stores to virtual universes. This is exactly what the Hollywood companies Viewpark and Soundpark thought of when they announced that they would be making a program about avatars competing in a global music competition called Metaverse Got Genius. Something like America’s Got Talent, but exclusively music-themed.

This project may become part of a larger MetaHollywood initiative. In addition to specific shows, the authors want to integrate thematic education, virtual concerts, musicals and festivals, as well as various events, such as virtual premieres. As part of the plan, virtual land sales will also be launched on June 20, but it is not yet clear what their value will be.
