In December, the developers announced a change in tokenomics and the potential launch of their own blockchain.
Fartcoin, created in October as a joke and «completely useless» token, gained a market value of $ 1.35 billion, and its price rose by 38.2% in a week.
Experts note that the popularity of such tokens is related to the trend of using AI in cryptocurrency instruments, although the long-term popularity remains in question.
